1) Watches

 

Will the watch come in a box and with all the instruction booklets?
Yes, all of the watches that are sold on ultimatewatches.se have all the relevant instruction booklets and guarantee certificates.

Do you get a guarantee with the watch?
Yes, all our watches come with a full manufacturer’s guarantee. The guarantee period for the watches that are sold on ultimatewatches.se may vary depending on each brand.

 

Are you a official dealer?

We are not an official dealer for the watches we sell and have no affiliation with the manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

 

2) Authenticity

 

Are your watches authentic?

All of our watches are 100% authentic. All watches come complete with box sets, instruction manuals, serial numbers and dealer stamped warranty paperwork. We do NOT sell replica watches.

 

3) Ordering

 

How do I order?
You can order on the website by selecting which timepiece you want to buy, fill in the order column and press the button.


How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email informing you that your product has been dispatched along with a trackingnumber.

How do I know my order has been successful?
When you complete your order online you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.

I do not live in the Sweden?
We have the ability to ship the item internationally; however any customs charges will have to be dealt with on your side.

We are a company, can we place a corporate order for watches?

Yes. Please contact us on info@ultimatewatches.se and we will do our best to help satisfy your requirements.

 

4) Payment

 

How do i pay?

You will receive an invoice to your email once your order has been confirmed. Your payment must be made prior to delivery of your order.

 

5) Shipping and Delivery

 

How will you send my order?
All orders within Sweden are carried out by DHL/pickup at the Ultimate Watches AB Office. Orders outside EU may be shipped through other carriers. 

When will I get my order?
Ultimate Watches AB ships all packages overnight domestically and Priority (3-5 business days) internationally for watches in stock. For watches out of stock we add 9-12 business days in addition to our regular shipment scheme.


Is the parcel insured?
Contact us for further information and insurance alternatives


Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes, someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

What if no-one is in to sign for my order?
If no one is able to sign for the parcel, then DHL will leave a card giving you instructions on how to rearrange delivery or where to collect the parcel from.

Do you ship outside Sweden?
Yes we do. Postage costs vary depending on where you live. Please contact us for shipment calculation prior to purchase.

 

6) Return Policy

 

Do you offer returns?

UltimateWatches AB encourages all buyers to be sure of model prior to purchase.

 

Domestic orders - We will honor returns according to the Swedish Distance Contracts act for private clients only.

International orders - We will honor returns according to the Swedish Distance Contracts act/EU directive. Please note that returns only refer to customers within EU and private clients only.
